At BombFace Brand, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return window under the following terms:
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in original condition
All original tags must be attached
Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized pieces
Limited edition drops marked “Final Sale”
Gift cards
Items purchased during clearance events (if marked final sale)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only (if inventory is available).
If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item arrived damaged
The wrong item was shipped
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
